Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JTM Jumpstarters is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to high volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If you experience any delay, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at sales@jtm.ie. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
